Service Fees

Birth Doula Services


  • Professionally trained and certifying birth doula with experience in doula support, childbirth and breastfeeding.

  • 2 in-depth prenatal visits to discuss your ideal birth experience, your feelings about birth. Information and resources are provided to help prepare you for your journey.

  • A complete birth packet with helpful resources to prepare you for labour. You can also store all your prenatal information, birth preferences and documents in the packet.

  • Daily access and support via email, phone or text during your pregnancy for any questions, concerns or motivation. 24 hour access and support during your on-call period.

  • Emails with birth related articles, links, videos and other resources leading up to your due date.

  • Attendance and continuous support during your birth.

  • Non-medical comfort tools to use with you in labour.

  • A back-up doula for the birth in case of a special circumstance.

  • 1 postpartum follow-up visit (approximately 2 hours) to see how you and baby are doing and to debrief your birth experience

Occupational Therapy Services


  • Private 1:1 in home occupational therapy

  • Parent/caregiver coaching, education and support

  • Social emotional coaching 

  • Phone/E-mail contact with teachers and other professionals 

  • Meetings with other agencies on the client’s behalf

  • Consultation to daycare, schools and community programs

  • Presentations to groups and organizations

  • NOTE * OT Assessment, scoring and report writing to be used for funding or programming purposes can be completed for an additional fee
