Behaviour Coaches
Our coaches work closely with families to create individualized plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each child. By providing guidance, support, and resources, our coaches help children and caregivers navigate challenges and build the skills necessary for a happy and successful future.
Our Behaviour Coaches focus on supporting the children and/or caregiver in the following areas:

Developing positive and healthy relationships with family members and peers

Building social skills and emotional intelligence

Managing challenging behaviours and emotions

Developing self-esteem and confidence
-
Coping with transitions and changes in their environment

Encouraging independence and self-care skills
Whether the child has some minor difficulties or some very big emotions to work though, our coaches will support you along the journey of regulation and understanding
Meet Jenna Cross
Behaviour Consultant
In 2019, she graduated from the University of Alberta with a BSc in Psychology and Linguistics. Afterwards, she went back to complete her BEd in Elementary Education and graduated in 2021. Since then, she has been working as a behaviour consultant in specialized services, predominantly working with incredible families & their neurodivergent kiddos and is looking forward to continuing in this capacity and expanding her knowledge with Woven Blessings. Recently, she has returned to the University of Alberta and is currently completing her masters in Speech Language Pathology. When she's not working or in school, you can find Jenna running in the ravine, thrifting, going to the mountains or spending time with her amazing boyfriend and their families!

Family Supports for Children with Disabilities (FSCD)Family Managed Services Understanding Family Managed Services and How We Can Help Family Managed Services is a funding option that empowers families to select and manage their therapeutic team for their child. For eligible families, we can help you create the home team that fits with your child and your family’s needs. We support children who have funding for Behavioral Developmental Support or Specialized Services.

Consultation to outside agencies or community programs
* In-home services are subject to travel fees (additional $25) for clients residing outside of St. Albert or Morinville.*
