Meet Jenn Terbeek
Registered Dietitian
Jennifer has been a dietitian for 16 years, most of which has been working with infants and kids. She graduated from the University of Alberta 2009 and worked at the Stollery Children's hospital for many years before moving with her husband to the US, where she practiced in a number of States. She has always loved working with families, and having 3 kids of her own she has experienced first hand the struggles and motivations behind health choices throughout pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, bottling, introduction to solids, picky eating, failure to thrive, weight management and so on! When she is not working, she loves being with her family and traveling the world!

Infant Feeding
Infant feeding involves providing the right balance of nutrients to a baby during their first year of life. This often involves breastfeeding, but may also include formula feeding or a combination of the two. It is important to ensure that infants are getting enough of the right nutrients to support their rapid growth and development during this critical period.

Child Feeding
Child feeding focuses on providing balanced and nutritious meals to children as they continue to grow and develop beyond infancy. This often involves introducing a wide variety of foods to children and encouraging healthy eating habits from a young age.
Pre & Postnatal Nutrition
Pre and postnatal nutrition is crucial for the health of both the mother and the developing fetus. Proper nutrition during pregnancy can help to ensure a healthy pregnancy and delivery, while postnatal nutrition can support breastfeeding and the recovery process for new mothers.
