Our dream is to help guide and support expecting mothers and also new mothers who are navigating the journey of motherhood. We understand that this journey can be overwhelming and sometimes scary, which is why we offer a wide range of maternal services to help ease the transition. Our services include pre-natal classes, breastfeeding support, postpartum care, and much more.
Our team of experts is dedicated to providing personalized care and attention to every mother we serve. We believe that every woman deserves the right to a happy and healthy pregnancy, as well as a successful transition into motherhood.
At our clinic, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all mothers, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our goal is to empower women with the knowledge and resources they need to make informed decisions about their health and the health of their baby. Birth Doula Services
Complimentary Consultation
The beginning of our journey together begins with a no-obligation meeting. We will learn more about each other, ask questions and ensure you, your partner and our doulas will make a great team. We will provide a birth packet for safe keeping of your records.
Two Prenatal Visits to Prepare for Childbirth
In two prenatal visits, we will take the time to discuss your ideal birth experience, your emotions about the process, and go over each phase of labor. We will equip you with the necessary information and resources to help you prepare for your journey. During these meetings, we may also practice pain-relief techniques such as breathing and relaxation methods, massage, and different labor positions.
Comprehensive Support During Labor and Delivery
Our doulas will be by your side from the early stages of your labor until the birth of your baby. We encourage your partner to participate in the process while offering comfort and support to both of you. We are committed to tailoring your labor and delivery experience to your unique needs and personality.
Postnatal Consultation
In the comfort of your own home, we can go over and debrief your labor experience. We will offer early breastfeeding advice and check in with you for approximately 2-4 weeks after delivery.
Capturing the Moments of Labor and Birth Through Photography
Whether you choose to give birth at home, in a hospital or a birthing center, we try to take genuine and candid photos of your experience. It's worth noting that while we are not professional photographers, we are confident we can provide you with meaningful and memorable snapshots of these special moments.

Our Certified Birth Doulas focus on the following areas:

Providing emotional support: Our Doulas are trained to provide emotional support to the mother during the entire pregnancy journey. They understand that pregnancy and childbirth can be overwhelming, especially for first-time mothers, and are there to offer a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on.

Offering physical comfort: Our Doulas are also trained to offer physical comfort to the mother during labor and delivery. This can include providing massages, helping the mother find comfortable positions, and suggesting breathing techniques to ease discomfort.

Advocating for the mother: Our Doulas are strong advocates for the mother and her birth plan. They work closely with the mother to ensure that her wishes are respected and her voice is heard during the birthing process.

Providing education: Our Doulas also provide education to the mother about the birthing process, including what to expect during labor and delivery, and how to care for their newborn after birth. This education can help the mother feel more prepared and confident during the entire pregnancy journey.

We are trained professionals who use a range of techniques to help reduce pain, anxiety, and stress during labor. Postnatally, we also provide education and guidance on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery. Our Comprehensive Birth Doula Services

We offer a range of services to ensure your pregnancy and birth experience are the best they can be. Our team of professional and certified birth doulas have extensive experience in both home and hospital settings.

Availability 24/7 during your on-call period to answer any questions, address concerns, or provide motivation.

Postpartum follow-up visit to check on you and your baby, and to discuss your birth experience.
Doula services are covered by many insurance providers. A receipt of service will be issued for you to submit for reimbursement.

Additional Doula Services:
Registered Dietitian or Physical Therapy Consultation
$130/hr
If, at any point of your journey, you have questions about your prenatal diet or how to generally remain active and healthy during your pregnancy, our registered dietitian or physical therapist will gladly meet with you to provide recommendations based on your needs or questions.
